Saint Patrick's School is a government-aided Lasallian Catholic boys' secondary school located along East Coast Road, Singapore. It is more commonly referred to as St Pat's, SPS or St Patrick's. Students and old boys call themselves Patricians or Sons of St. Patrick's. History Saint Patrick's was founded in 1933 as a temporary branch school of Saint Joseph's Institution, another Catholic boys' school in Singapore. It was built on land acquired by the La Salle Brothers in 1898 which was originally intended for building a resort bungalow. Brother Stephen Buckley saw the population growth in eastern Singapore and petitioned the La Salle Brothers to build a school on that piece of land. The main school building was completed in 1932 and Saint Patrick's became a school in its own right in 1933. Stafford () is a market town and the county town of Staffordshire, in the West Midlands region of England. It lies about north of Wolverhampton, south of Stoke-on-Trent and northwest of Birmingham. Saint Patrick School was a private Roman Catholic elementary and middle school in Pelham, New Hampshire. History The school was founded in 1960 by Saint Patrick Parish as Saint Patrick Convent School. The school was staffed by Sisters of Mercy from nearby Windham for many years; however, more lay teachers were gradually employed, and in the early 1990s the school's name was officially changed to Saint Patrick School. At the time of its closing, the school was staffed entirely by state-certified lay personnel. In August 2015 the school was closed due to lack of enrollment for the upcoming school year. Saint Patrick School was accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Saint Patrick School is a Catholic school that was founded in 1872 in Chatham, New Jersey to serve students of the Roman Catholic parish of Saint Patrick Church with pre-kindergarten through eighth grade education. The school is operated under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Paterson. Following the recent founding of Corpus Christi Church in Chatham Township the students of that parish also are served, having been served previously within the parish of Saint Patrick (prior to the establishment of the new parish).
