St. Martins Station
Saint Martins station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Located at 311 West Springfield Avenue near the intersection of West Willow Grove and Seminole Avenues, it serves the Chestnut Hill West Line. The station was built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1883 and was known as Wissahickon Heights until 1906. The station and adjoining St Martins/St Martin's Lane take their present name from the Church of Saint Martin in the Fields, which stands a few hundred feet to the west. A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or transitway. SEPTA Regional Rail is the commuter rail system serving Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and its metropolitan region, also known as the Delaware Valley. Richard Allen Lane Station
Richard Allen Lane station (formerly Allen Lane station) is a SEPTA Regional Rail station in Philadelphia. It is located at 200 West Allens Lane in the Mount Airy neighborhood and serves the Chestnut Hill West Line. The station building was built circa 1880, according to the Philadelphia Architects and Buildings project. Like many in Philadelphia, it retains much of its Victorian/Edwardian appearance. Temple University station is an above-ground SEPTA Regional Rail station located at the eastern edge of the Temple University campus at 915 West Berks Street between 9th and 10th Streets, in the Cecil B. Moore section of Lower North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The station is in the Center City fare zone, although the station itself is located in North Philadelphia. There is a small ticket kiosk located at the base of the stairs on the street level. Temple University maintains a security kiosk at street level.
