Jack Owen Spillman III (born August 30, 1969) is an American rapist and serial killer from Spokane, Washington. He is known as the Werewolf Butcher. Crimes Double Murder Spillman was convicted of the April 1995 rape and murders of Rita Hoffman, 48, and her daughter Mandy, 14, and the 1994 murder of Penny Davis, 9. The two had been bludgeoned, stabbed, and their bodies mutilated. Spillman had forced a baseball bat into Mandy's vagina and removed the skin from her vagina and placed it on her face. Rita's breasts were cut off, she was stabbed 31 times, and "her genital area had been excised and was stuffed into her mouth".Hoffman and her daughter were both found in their East Wenatchee, Washington home, sexually mutilated and posed in provocative positions. Karl Spillman Forester (May 2, 1940 – March 29, 2014) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Ken Spillman (born 11 June 1959) is an Australian writer based in Perth, Western Australia, whose work has spanned diverse genres including poetry, sports writing and literary criticism. He is best known as a prolific author of books for children and young adults. His output also includes a large number of books relating to aspects of Australian social history. Lynette Patrice Spillman (born 1960) is a sociologist and professor of sociology at the University of Notre Dame, and a Faculty Fellow of the Helen Kellogg Institute for International Studies, as well as the Center for Cultural Sociology, Yale University. Mel Spillman (born 1948) is an American probate clerk and fraudster who transferred properties of dead people to his own accounts. Spillman lived in San Antonio, Texas. In the 1970s he was begun to work as a clerk in Bexar County courthouse. In the 1980s he began to work as a probate consultant in the medical examiner's office, handling funeral arrangements and other affairs of people who had died without heirs. Miskel Spillman (September 8, 1897 – March 30, 1992) was the winner of the only "Anyone Can Host" contest on NBC's late-night variety series ''Saturday Night Live'', and hosted the December 17, 1977, broadcast of the show. The Allan Herschell Company specialized in the creation of amusement rides, particularly carousels and roller coasters. The company manufactured portable machines that could be used by traveling carnival operators. It was started in 1915 in the town of North Tonawanda, just outside Buffalo, New York, USA. History Previous companies Herschell, with James Armitage, created the Armitage Herschell Company in 1873. In 1883, his son William traveled to London to meet former Limonaire Frères employee Eugene de Kleist.
