Sound Of Superman
''Sound of Superman'' is a companion album to the soundtrack of the Warner Bros. film, ''Superman Returns''. It features performances both original and cover by various up and coming artists, as well as established ones, including the final track on the album performed by Sara Routh, the sister of the actor portraying Superman in the film, Brandon Routh. All the songs on the album are based either on the character of Superman himself, or at the basic concept of what a hero really is. None of the songs actually appear in the film, although "The Rescue" was featured in a TV spot for ''Superman Returns'' and the cover track on this album of "Superman" was used to introduce the three main cast members at the 2006 MTV Movie Awards. This album preceded the actual score of the film, composed by John Ottman. That album was released two weeks later, on June 27, 2006. The Clique (Texas Band)
The Clique was a late 1960s American sunshine pop band from Austin, Texas, United States. They started as the Roustabouts in the Beaumont, Texas area, 90 miles east of Houston, and later the Sandpipers before renaming themselves the Clique in 1967 and settling in Houston. Original members of the band were John Kanesaw (drums), Bruce Tinch (bass guitar), Cooper Hawthorne (lead guitar), Larry Lawson (vocals and keyboards), David Dunham (vocals and horns), and Randy Shaw (vocals and horns). The Spill Canvas is an American alternative rock band from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Known for their hits "All Over You" "Our Song" and "Staplegunned", as well as several emo classics like "All Hail the Heartbreaker" "The Tide" and "Polygraph, Right Now!" Career Lead singer and guitarist Nick Thomas (born May 26, 1984) grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and began learning how to play guitar at 11 years old. American Hi-Fi is an American rock band formed in Boston in 1998. The band consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Stacy Jones, lead guitarist Jamie Arentzen, bassist and backing vocalist Drew Parsons, and drummer Brian Nolan. Foo Fighters

Paramore
Paramore is an American rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Hayley Williams, guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro. Williams and Farro are founding members of the group, while York, a high school friend of the original lineup, joined in 2007. The band is signed to Fueled by Ramen, a subsidiary of Atlantic Records, both owned by Warner Music Group. "My Hero" is a song by American rock group Foo Fighters. It was released in January 1998 as the third single from their second album, ''The Colour and the Shape'' (1997). The song reached number 6 on the US ''Billboard'' Alternative Songs chart. Background Although the song was first released on ''The Colour and the Shape'' album in 1997, it had been played live as early as 1995. On July 17th, 1995 Grohl demoed the hit song for the first time by himself on an 8-track reel-to-reel in the basement of his Seattle home.
