Société De Transport De Laval
Société de transport de Laval (STL) is the public transit system in the city of Laval, Quebec, Canada. It was founded in June 1971 as the ''Commission de transport de la Ville de Laval (CTL)''. STL came about in 1984. It serves the growing suburban areas of Laval, North of Montreal. A proposal to convert some of STL's most heavily used routes to electric trolleybuses was studied in detail in 2009–2010, funded jointly by STL and Hydro-Québec, but in autumn 2010 STL decided to postpone making a decision on trolleybuses until at least 2011, to allow further study of rechargeable electric buses first. Routes The STL runs 40 routes, including the former AMT's, now STL's 902 Express Route in Laval. Most bus routes end at metro stations Cartier and/or Montmorency of the Orange Line. Laval (; ) is a city in Quebec, Canada. It is in the southwest of the province, north of Montreal. It is the largest suburb of Montreal, the third-largest city in the province after Montreal and Quebec City, and the thirteenth largest city in Canada with a population of 422,993 in 2016. Du Ruisseau Station
Du Ruisseau is a future Réseau express métropolitain (REM) station in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, expected to open for REM service by the end of 2024. It was formerly a commuter rail station on the Deux-Montagnes line until Exo ended service in 2020. Origin of name Du Ruisseau takes its name from nearby Boulevard Du Ruisseau, located in the heart of the subdivision. De La Concorde Station
De la Concorde station is an intermodal transit station in Laval, Quebec, Canada. It serves the Montreal Metro's Orange Line and connects to Exo's Saint-Jérôme commuter rail line. OPUS is a rechargeable, dual interface (contact/ contactless) stored-value smart card using the Calypso Standard and is used by major public transit operators in Greater Montreal and Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. It complies with the ISO/IEC 14443 standard for smartcards, and can be read by smartphones with an NFC antenna.
