The Society of Pathseekers of the Islamic Revolution or Society for the Adherents of the Path of the Islamic Revolution ( fa, جمعيت رهپويان انقلاب اسلامی, Jam'iyyat-e Rahpuyān-e Enqelāb-e Eslāmi) is an Iranian principlist political group, founded in 2008. Members Alireza Zakani is General Secretary of the party. The group was formed a fraction inside Iranian Parliament, and is close to Ahmad Tavakoli. Elyas Naderan is a member in the central council. Alireza Zakani
Alireza Zakani ( fa, علیرضا زاکانی, born 3 March 1966 in Shahr-e Rey) is an Iranian conservative politician and current mayor of Tehran. He was a member of the Parliament of Iran from 2004 to 2016 and also from 2020 to 2021. He owns Jahan News website and ''Panjereh'' Weekly.
