Ty Treadway
Tyrus Richard Treadway (born February 11, 1967) is an American game show host, actor, and talk show host. Treadway co-hosted '' Soap Talk'' with Lisa Rinna. Biography Ty was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey, to Richard and Mary Lou Treadway. Ty was the youngest of six siblings. After high school, Ty received a scholarship for soccer and attended a couple of colleges before graduating with a degree in accounting. He went to work for the New Jersey Office of the State Auditor as an auditor and computer systems engineer but took part in bodybuilding competitions on the side. He eventually won the title of Mr. Natural Pennsylvania. He often had a "Ty Training" segment on his later talk show, '' Soap Talk''. However, Ty found his job boring and depressing so he decided to start modeling and acting. He appeared in several magazines, theater productions, and commercials. The Prospect Studios (also known as ABC Television Center est'') is a lot containing several television studios located at 4151 Prospect Avenue in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, at the corner of Prospect and Talmadge Street (named in honor of silent screen star Norma Talmadge), just east of Hollywood. For more than fifty years, this facility served as the West Coast headquarters of the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) before the network moved its main headquarters to the Walt Disney Studios in 1996. From 1949 to 1999, ABC-owned Los Angeles television station KABC-TV was also located there. The station moved to a new state-of-the-art facility located on a portion of Disney's Grand Central Creative Campus (GC3) in nearby Glendale, California, in December 1999. Super Soap Weekend
ABC Super Soap Weekend (1996–2008) was an event organized in conjunction with Disney and ABC to bring soap opera actors from various ABC shows to visit and mingle with their fans. The first ABC Super Soap Weekend was organized and held at Disney's Hollywood Studios near Orlando in 1996 (the same year Disney merged with ABC). The event was traditionally held around Veterans Day weekend each year. In addition, a summertime Super Soap Weekend was held at Disney California Adventure Park on the West Coast in 2002 and 2003. The final edition of the event was held November 15–16, 2008. A new event titled "Soap Nation" began in January 2009 and featured many events across the country that allowed guests to meet their favorite actors and actresses. It proved not to be as successful as Super Soap Weekend and was discontinued briefly after, especially as ABC's daytime division experienced budget cuts and many of the network's programs ended.
