So Young (The Corrs Song)
"So Young" is a song by the Irish folk rock band the Corrs from their second studio album, '' Talk on Corners'' (1997). Written about the band members' parents, the song was released as the album's fifth (sixth if counting the Tin Tin Out remix of "What Can I Do") single in November 1998. For its single release, British electronic music group K-Klass remixed "So Young"; this version charted in several countries, reaching the top 40 in Ireland, Iceland, and the United Kingdom. Release "So Young" was written by Sharon Corr and is a song about her parents, Jean and Gerry Corr, who she believed were "forever young". The 1998 single version is a remix by British DJ K-Klass, and this remix was later included on the re-released ''Talk On Corners: Special Edition'' album (1998). The Irish Singles Chart is the Republic of Ireland's music industry standard singles popularity chart issued weekly by the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA) and compiled on their behalf by the Official Charts Company. Chart rankings are based on sales, which are compiled through over-the-counter retail data captured electronically each day from retailers' EPOS systems. All major record shops, digital retailers and streaming services contribute to the chart, accounting for over 95% of the market. Barry Rudolph
Barry Rudolph is a recording engineer, mixing engineer, record producer and technical writer best known for his work with Rod Stewart, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hall & Oates. He has been a contributing editor for Music Connection Magazine since 1987 and Mix Magazine since 1997. Rudolph is credited on more than 30 RIAA-certified gold and platinum records. Gota Yashiki
is a Japanese musician, both an independent acid jazz artist and drum/bass player, as a member of the band Simply Red. Biography He was born in Kyoto, Japan, on 26 February 1962, where at a young age he learned how to play traditional Japanese drums. This interest in drumming propelled him into the music scene, and he moved to Tokyo in 1982 to join a reggae/dub band that became known as Mute Beat. Together with Mute Beat band member Kazufumi Kodama he worked on various projects and formed the duo Kodama & Gota. From 1986 on, Gota entered the European music scene. Anthony Drennan
Anthony "Anto" Drennan (born on 1 November 1958) is an English-born Irish guitarist noted for his involvement with the Corrs, Genesis and Mike + the Mechanics among others. Drennan is from a musical Irish family and was born in Luton, England; he and his family moved back to Ireland while he was at a young age. He grew up in County Dublin and attended Kilmacud National School. Drennan became a touring lead guitarist for the Corrs from late 1995 and onwards. He was chosen as the touring second guitarist/bassist for Genesis on their 1998 ''Calling All Stations'' tour (replacing long-time live band member Daryl Stuermer). In 2010 he was hired as a member of the revived Mike + the Mechanics.
