Bardonecchia
Bardonecchia (; french: Bardonèche or ; pms, Bardonecia ; oc, Bardonescha ) is an Italian town and ''comune'' located in the Metropolitan City of Turin, in the Piedmont region, in the western part of Susa Valley. It grew out of a small village with the works for the Frejus Rail Tunnel, the first crossing the Alps. The town hosted the snowboarding events of the 2006 Winter Olympics. is a Japanese snowboarder who competed at the 2006 Winter Olympics and had two World Cup victories. She also competed at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Women's Half-pipe. Her motto is "Continuity is power." Career Nakashima's first appearances at FIS races started in January 2003, already in March of that year she started for the first time in the World Cup in Sapporo and became sixteenth. Kate Foster (born 16 August 1985) is a British snowboarder. She has won the British half-pipe championship three times and she competed in the women's halfpipe event at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
