Slovenia participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song " Round and Round" written by Raay, Tinkara Kovač, Hannah Mancini and Tina Piš. The song was performed by Tinkara Kovač. Slovenian broadcaster Radiotelevizija Slovenija (RTV Slovenija) organised the national final ''EMA 2014'' in order to select the Slovenian entry for the 2014 contest in Copenhagen, Denmark. Seven entries competed in the national final where the winner was selected over two rounds of voting. In the first round, the top two entries were selected by a three-member jury panel. In the second round, "Round and Round" performed by Tinkara Kovač was selected as the winner entirely by a public vote. Tinkara Kovač
Tinkara Kovač (born 3 September 1978) is a Slovenian singer and musician. She represented her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, finishing in 25th place. Career Career in general Her professional career as a singer started in 1997, when she won "Most promising singer award" at the Portorož festival. Her appearance was encouraged by known local composer Danilo Kocjančič, which together with lyrics writer Drago Mislej – Mef and Marino Legovič wrote the winning song and later the whole material for her first album. In 2004, at the time of her fourth concert in Ljubljana's Cankar Centre, she invited Ian Anderson (singer of the group Jethro Tull), which greatly contributed to her decision to start playing flute. Greece participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song " Rise Up" written by Nick Raptakis, Theofilos Pouzbouris, Shane Schuller and performed by Freaky Fortune featuring RiskyKidd. Senida Hajdarpašić (; born 9 April 1985), known by her stage name Senidah (pronounced ), is a Slovenian singer-songwriter. Often dubbed the "Balkans, Balkan Trap music, Trap Diva" by the media, she was born in Ljubljana and rose to prominence as the lead singer of the band Muff. Ljubljana

Omar Naber
Omar Kareem Naber (born 7 July 1981) is a Slovenian singer, songwriter and guitar player. He first represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kyiv with the song "Stop" and for a second time at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv with the song " On My Way", but failed to qualify to the final on both occasions. Early life Naber was born on 7 July 1981 in Ljubljana, SR Slovenia, then still part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. His father, Samir Naber originates from Jordan, and is a dentist by profession working in Ljubljana. His mother, Alenka Naber, is a Slovenian and works as a piano teacher.
