Sistar
Sistar (, often stylized as SISTAR) was a South Korean girl group formed in 2010 by Starship Entertainment. The group consisted of Hyolyn, Bora, Soyou and Dasom. They made their official debut with the song " Push Push" on 3 June 2010. Their debut studio album '' So Cool'' was released on 9 August 2011. Their second album, '' Give It to Me,'' was released on 11 June 2013. Their biggest hits include "So Cool", "Alone", "Touch My Body", "Loving U" and "Give It to Me". Their fourth single, "So Cool," debuted at number one on the Gaon Digital Chart as well as the ''Billboard'' Korea K-Pop Hot 100 singles chart, starting a streak of 9 consecutive number-one hits before the group's disbandment in 2017. Kim Hyo-jung (; born December 11, 1990), better known by her stage name Hyolyn (효린), is a South Korean singer and songwriter, now under the management of her own self-started production company Bridʒ. She is a former member of the South Korean girl group Sistar and their sub-unit Sistar19. Life and career 1990–2009: Early life and career beginnings Kim Hyo-jung was born on December 11, 1990, in Incheon, South Korea. Her father is a retired Marine Corps officer. Born prematurely, Hyolyn's infancy was complicated by a serious form of biliary atresia, which led to several surgeries, intussuseption and the eventual loss of her gall bladder. Lonely is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Sistar. It was released on May 31, 2017 as a CD and a digital single by Starship Entertainment, and was distributed by LOEN Entertainment. It was the final release by Sistar before their official disbandment. The K-pop Hot 100 is a music singles chart in South Korea, launched by ''Billboard'' in conjunction with ''Billboard'' Korea () on August 25, 2011. It is the second Asian ''Billboard'' chart after the Japan Hot 100. The chart used the same multimetric methodology as the US Hot 100 and rankings were compiled based on Hanteo Chart data, streaming and download data from Naver VIBE, and domestic radio and television music playback data. ''Alone'' is the debut extended play by South Korean girl group Sistar. It was released on April 12, 2012 by Starship Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. A song of the same name was released as a title track with an accompanying music video. The EP was a commercial success peaking at number 3 on the Gaon Album Chart. The EP has sold over 17,802 physical copies as of 2012. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010.
