Sin Salida (2013)
''Sin Salida'' (Spanish for "No Exit" / "No Escape") was a professional wrestling major event produced by Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) that took place on June 2, 2013, in Arena México, Mexico City, Mexico. The main event featured a 10-man Steel cage match contested under ''Lucha de Apuestas'', or "Bet match" rules where the loser would be forced to either unmask or, if he was already unmasked, have all his hair shaved off. This particular match included 10 ''Mini-Estrellass'' with 4 of them risking their mask (Aereo, Eléctrico, Fantasy and Pequeño Nitro) and six risking their hair ( Bam Bam, Demus 3:16, Mercurio, Pequeño Black Warrior, Pequeño Violencia and Shockercito). The final moments of the match saw Shockercito pin Pequeño Violencia to win the match. Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre Co., Ltd. (CMLL; , "World Wrestling Council") is a ''lucha libre'' professional wrestling promotion based in Mexico City. The promotion was previously known as ''Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre'' (''EMLL'') (''Mexican Wrestling Enterprise''). Jesús Guillermo Anaya Cortés is a Mexican luchador, or professional wrestler, best known by his ring name Bam Bam, a Mini-Estrella, or "Mini" wrestler. Anaya made his professional wrestling debut in 2002 and has worked mainly for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), where he is a former CMLL World Mini-Estrella Champion. He is the son of professional wrestler Popitekus, Jr. who also helped train him for his pro wrestling career. CMLL Super Viernes (Spanish for "CMLL Super Friday") is the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre's banner event that takes place every Friday in Arena México in Mexico City, Mexico. The shows take place every Friday all year long, except when CMLL schedules a "Super Show" or a pay-per-view (PPV) to take its place since all CMLL PPVs and Super Shows take place on Friday nights in Arena México. A professional wrestling promotion is a company or business that regularly performs shows involving professional wrestling that has little relationship to the rules of the amateur olympic form. "Promotion" also describes a role which entails management, advertising and logistics of running a wrestling event (''see promoter''). Within the convention of the show, the company is a sports governing body which sanctions wrestling matches and gives authority to the championships and is responsible for maintaining the divisions and their rankings. Máscara Dorada (born August 24, 1988) is the ring name of a Mexican ''luchador'' '' enmascarado'' (masked professional wrestler) currently working for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). He is best known for his time in WWE where he performed under the ring name Gran Metalik. His real name has not been officially documented, a tradition in Mexican lucha libre where masked wrestlers' real names often are not a matter of public record. In Mexico and Japan, he is best known for his decade-long stint in Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre under the ring name "Máscara Dorada". NWA World Historic Welterweight Championship
The NWA World Historic Welterweight Championship (''Campeonato Mundial Historico de Peso Welter de la NWA'' in Spanish) is a professional wrestling championship governed by Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). CMLL had held the NWA World Welterweight Championship for over 53 years even after leaving the NWA in 1989. In 2010 the National Wrestling Alliance, represented by Blue Demon Jr., the president of NWA Mexico, sent letters to CMLL telling them to stop promoting NWA-branded championships since CMLL was not part of the NWA any longer. José Casas Ruiz (born January 10, 1960) is a Mexican professional wrestler (called a ''Luchador'' in Spanish) and trainer working for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) under the ring name Negro Casas. Javier Cortes Sánchez (born December 12, 1980) is a Mexican ''Luchador'', or professional wrestler who works for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) in their ''Mini-Estrella'' division. Cortés is better known under the ring name Shockercito, a ''mascota'' version of wrestler Shocker. Cortés was originally an '' enmascarado'', (masked) character, but was forced to unmask after losing a '' Lucha de Apuesta'', or bet match, on January 11, 2009.
