David Simko (born November 26, 1954 in Clarkston, Michigan, Clarkston, Michigan) is a former NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Winston Cup Series driver who participated in ten races over the course of six seasons. While failing to qualify in five different races, Simko managed to participate in 1472 laps – the equivalent of of top-level racing. Ivan Šimko (born January 1, 1955, Bratislava) is Slovak politician and former defence minister. A founding member of the Christian Democratic Movement (KDH) in 1990, Šimko left to co-found the Slovak Democratic and Christian Union in 2000. After a disagreement with Prime Minister Mikuláš Dzurinda, he led a group of MPs to form the Free Forum in January 2004. Joe Simko is a New York City based illustrator who has contributed to Topps’ Garbage Pail Kids and Wacky Packages trading cards. Producer/Co-Director of the Garbage Pail Kids documentary film, 30 Years of Garbage. He is the illustrator/author of the book series, ''The Sweet Rot'', and he designs artwork for bands, creating album covers, tour posters and concert shirts. His project ''Cereal Killers Trading Cards'', 1st Series was released May 2, 2011. The Cereal Killers cards spoof breakfast cereals with popular horror films. Kate Simko is an American composer, electronic music producer and founder of her ensemble London Electronic Orchestra. Simko has scored various feature-length films, including "The Atom Smashers" (Ghostly International), "We Believe in Dinosaurs" and "Underplayed" (Lakeshore Records).  In 2016, Simko released her self-titled album "Kate Simko & London Electronic Orchestra" on The Vinyl Factory to critical acclaim. Marek Šimko
Marek Šimko (born January 11, 1988) is a Slovak professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for HK Bardejov of the Slovak 2. Liga. Career Šimko began his career with HKm Zvolen, playing for their U18 and U20 teams. During the 2005–06 season, he had a spell with HC '05 Banská Bystrica at U20 level, including one game for their senior team in the Slovak 1. Liga. He then had spells in the Czech Republic at U20 level for HC Dynamo Pardubice, Stadion Hradec Králové and HC Havířov, as well as nine games for HC Orlova in the Czech 2.
