Sikkikede
Sikkikede (also known as Ndah), also spelled ''Sikikédé'' and ''Sikikede'', is a town in Vakaga Prefecture, Central African Republic. It is the largest settlement in Vakaga, with a population of around 20.000 people. CPJP established the headquarter in Sikkikede . History Together with Mélé, a clash took place in Sikkikede between UFDR and CPJP on 10 April 2011. Responding to this clash, the villagers fled to Chad and Tiringoulou. In 2012, Sikkikede faced a food crisis. Of 1332 children that were screened by International Medical Corps’ nutrition, 21% of the children suffered from global acute malnutrition and 7% had severe acute malnutrition. Corbeau News Centrafrique is a French-language news site from the Central African Republic. The website was created in June 2014 by Alain Nzilo, a journalist from the Central African Republic. The site employs multiple reporters in different provinces of the country. The site has been noted for its anti-Russian sentiment and it has multiple times reported about the presence and activities of Russian mercenaries in the Central African Republic. The Russian embassy in the country has labelled the station as "anti-Russian propaganda". As of February 2021 the site has been blocked by the Central African government. The site owner has been reportedly contacted by Russian paramilitaries with the aim of changing his editorial policies. |

The Central African Armed Forces (french: Forces armées centrafricaines; FACA) are the armed forces of the Central African Republic and have been barely functional since the outbreak of the civil war in 2012. Today they are among the world's weakest armed forces, dependent on international support to provide security in the country. Tiringoulou, also spelled ''Tirigoulou'' or ''Tiroungoulou'', is a village in the Vakaga Prefecture in the northern Central African Republic. Mélé is a village located in Vakaga Prefecture, Central African Republic. History In 1962, Mélé had a population of 249 people. During Central African Republic Bush War, Mélé was under control of UFDR. Around 2009, 40-48 Janjaweed militias besieged Mélé to demand the villagers pay compensation of about 14 million CFA for unfair killing. The villagers agreed to pay the compensation of 10 million CFA and Janjaweed lifted the siege. On 10 April 2011, a clash broke out in Mélé between UFDR and CPJP. The Convention of Patriots for Justice and Peace (CPJP) is a rebel group in the Central African Republic (CAR), which was involved in fighting in the Central African Republic Bush War starting in 2004.
