Plot The plot follows a couple (Luisa and Alberto) at a low ebb, both in personal and professional terms, who decide to move to the countryside. ''Wallander'' is a British television series adapted from the Swedish novelist Henning Mankell's Kurt Wallander novels and starring Kenneth Branagh as the eponymous police inspector. It was the first time the ''Wallander'' novels have been adapted into an English-language production. Yellow Bird, a production company formed by Mankell, began negotiations with British companies to produce the adaptations in 2006. In 2007, Branagh met Mankell to discuss playing the role. Contracts were signed and work began on the films, adapted from the novels '' Sidetracked'', ''Firewall'' and '' One Step Behind'', in January 2008. ''Nature of the Beast'' is the debut and sole studio album by American pop singer Maureen Steele, released in April 1985 by Motown. It was produced by Steve Barri and Steele's brother Bobby Sandstrom, the former of whom was the vice-president of A&R at Motown at that time, and oversaw big-selling releases by Lionel Richie and Rick James, among others. English singer and songwriter La Roux has released three studio albums, one mix album, one mixtape, two extended plays, nine singles (including one as a featured artist), two promotional singles and nine music videos. La Roux was originally formed as a duo in 2006, consisting of Elly Jackson and Ben Langmaid. Jamie Adenuga (born 4 May 1985), known professionally as Jme, is a British grime MC, songwriter, record producer and DJ who was born in Hackney, and raised in Tottenham. He is the co-founder of the crew and label Boy Better Know. He also serves as a sole owner and director of an associated company, ''Boy Better Know Limited'', which he incorporated in 2008. He was previously part of the grime collective Meridian Crew and later Roll Deep alongside his older brother, Skepta.
