Sick (Loaded Album)
''Sick'' is the second studio album by American rock band Loaded. It is their first album since reforming after they went on hiatus in 2002. It was recorded and produced by Martin Feveyear at Jupiter Studios in Seattle, Washington, and was released on March 30, 2009, in Europe and April 7 in the US, through Century Media Records. Writing for the album began in 2008 when vocalist Scott Weiland departed Duff McKagan's other band, Velvet Revolver, in April of the same year. Recording for the follow-up to their 2001 debut album '' Dark Days'' began and was completed in June 2008. Following the release of the album, Loaded went on to promote it for over half a year; releasing one single, "Flatline", and touring in several regions, including the United States, South America and several countries in Europe as well as playing at several music festivals. Maria Alejandra Delfino ( ; born February 20, 1981), known professionally as Majandra Delfino, is an American actress and singer. She is best known for her role as Maria DeLuca on '' Roswell'', and as Andi on the CBS sitcom ''Friends with Better Lives''. Early life Delfino was born on February 20, 1981, in Caracas, Venezuela. Her father Enrique Delfino is Italian Venezuelan, and her mother Mary Hellmund is Cuban. As a child, she lived in Caracas and Miami, Florida, until moving to Los Angeles as a teenager. Emil Sick (June 3, 1894 – November 10, 1964) was a brewing worker and industrialist in Canada and later the United States, U.S. He is best known for his involvement as owner of baseball teams and stadiums in Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia from the 1930s until 1960. In 1928 he founded, with Frederick McCall, an aviation company, the Great Western Airways which acquired Purple Label Airlines operating Stinson Detroiter. Anna (or Anne) Laura Sick (born ''Mahir''; 10 July 1803 – 19 February 1895, Berlin?) was a German composer and pianist who served as the court pianist and Mistress of Piano to the court in Stuttgart. Sick was born on 10 July 1803, in Munich as Anna Laura Mahir. She studied in Salzburg with Maria Anna Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's older sister. Mahir's first performance was in Vienna in 1825, which was successful. She then studied under Carl Czerny, Josef Foerster, and Johann Aloys Miksch. In 1827, she toured across Germany, particularly in Augsburg, Munich, and Frankfurt. ''Evanescence'' is the third studio album by American rock band Evanescence. It was released on October 7, 2011, by Wind-up Records. The band began writing the album in June 2009. Its release was delayed several times; on February 22, 2010, the band entered the studio with producer Steve Lillywhite but later stopped working with him because he "wasn't the right fit".
