Mawlawi ( ar, مولوي; also spelled Maulvi, Molvi, Moulavi and Mawlvi) is an Islamic religious title given to Muslim religious scholars, or ulama, preceding their names, similar to the titles Mawlānā, Mullah, or Sheikh. Qari Fasihuddin Fitrat (Dari/ ps, قاري فصیح الدین فطرت, ) is an Afghans, Afghan military commander who is the current Chief of General Staff (Afghanistan), Chief of Staff of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He has been a senior member of the Taliban. Early life Qari Fasihuddin was born in Badakhshan Province and originated from Isterab, Warduj District.
