Shahed - Bagher Shahr Metro Station is a station in Tehran Metro Line 1. It is between Haram-e Motahhar Metro Station and Palayeshgah Metro Station. It is located north of Behesht-e Zahra beside Northern Behesht-e Zahra Expressway. Shahed University (Persian: دانشگاه شاهد) is a public university in Tehran, Iran. The campus is located in the southern part of Tehran along the Persian Gulf Freeway. Shahed 121 is an Iranian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), part of the drone family that includes the Shahed 125 and Shahed 129. Shahed translates in the Arabic and Persian languages to ''witness''. The Shahed 129 ( fa, شاهد ۱۲۹, English: "witness"; sometimes S129) is an Iranian single-engine medium-altitude long-endurance unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) designed by Shahed Aviation Industries for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The Shahed 129 is capable of combat and reconnaissance missions and has an endurance of 24 hours; it is similar in size, shape and role to the American MQ-1 Predator and is widely considered as one of the most capable drones in Iranian service. The UAV has been used for airstrikes in the Syrian Civil War and for border patrol on Iran's eastern border. As of 2017 the Shahed 129 and Saegheh are expected to form the backbone of Iran's high-end UAV fleet for at least the next decade. The Shahed 131, or Geran-1 in Russian service, is an Iranian-made drone which came to prominence in October 2022 during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It is powered by a Wankel engine model Shahed-783/788. Janes created an in-depth technical summary of the machine. Design The Shahed-131 is powered by the Serat-1 Wankel engine, which is a copy of the Beijing Micropilot UAV Control System Ltd MDR-208 Wankel engine. The HESA Shahed 136 ( fa, شاهد ۱۳۶, literally "Shahada#Terminology and significance, Witness-136"), or Geran-2 in Russian service, is an Iranian loitering munition in the form of an Autonomous aircraft, autonomous Pusher configuration, pusher-prop Unmanned aerial vehicle, drone. The Shahed 149 Gaza ( fa, پهپاد غزه) or ( fa, شاهد ۱۴۹), is an Iranian unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) operated by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. It was unveiled on 21 May 2021 and named after the Gaza Strip in honor of the Palestinians' struggle against Israel amid the 2021 Israel–Palestine crisis. It was delivered to the IRGC Aerospace Force in 2022. The Gaza drone is a high-altitude long-endurance UAV similar in size, shape and role to the American MQ-9 Reaper. It is a larger, heavier, and more capable aircraft than the earlier Shahed 129 which was similar to the MQ-1 Predator.
