Serbia Women's National Under-20 Basketball Team
The Serbia women's national under-20 basketball team ( sr-cyr, Женска кошаркашка репрезентација Србије до 20 година) is the women's basketball team, administered by the Basketball Federation of Serbia, that represents Serbia in international under-20 (under age 20) women's basketball competitions, consisting mainly of the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship. Basketball
Basketball is a team sport in which two teams, most commonly of five players each, opposing one another on a rectangular Basketball court, court, compete with the primary objective of #Shooting, shooting a basketball (ball), basketball (approximately in diameter) through the defender's hoop (a basket in diameter mounted high to a Backboard (basketball), backboard at each end of the court, while preventing the opposing team from shooting through their own hoop. Radenko Varagić
Radenko Varagić (born 23 September 1973) is a Serbian-Dutch basketball coach. He currently serves as a head coach for BAL Weert of the BNXT League. Coaching career Born in Serbia, Varagić started his coaching career in 2015 with Ribnica and during 2017 to 2011, he worked for Kraljevo, Krusevac and Novi Sad. After a period in the youth academy of Red Star Belgrade, he moved to the Netherlands in 2014. On 13 September 2016, Varagić was appointed as head coach of BSW of the Dutch Basketball League (DBL). After the 2016–17 season, the club went bankrupt and was replaced by BAL, as he took over as head coach of the club's new DBL team. In the 2020–21 season, he coached BAL to their first playoffs appearance after finishing in the eight place. Dragomir Bukvić
Dragomir Bukvić ( sr-cyr, Драгомир Буквић; born 29 April 1954) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player. Playing career Bukvić started to play basketball for youth teams of Sloboda Tuzla and Radnički Belgrade. He had his first senior basketball experience with Radnički Belgrade of the Yugoslav First League in the 1975–76 season. He served the army in 1976. Dragan Vuković ( sr-cyr, Драган Вуковић; born August 26, 1963) is a Serbian basketball coach. He currently serves as a head coach for the Crvena zvezda of the Women's Basketball League of Serbia and the Women's Adriatic League. Jovica Antonić
Jovica Antonić ( sr-cyr, Јовица Антонић, born July 13, 1966) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player who is the youth system coordinator for the Crvena zvezda youth system. Playing career A point guard, Antonić played in Yugoslavia from 1982 to 1990. During his playing days, he played for Partizan (3 games during the 1982–83 season), Jagodina, KK Poliester Priboj and Mladost Zemun. The 2022 FIBA U20 Women's European Championship was be the 19th edition of the Women's European basketball championship for national under-20 teams.
