Presidential elections were held in the Yugoslav province of Serbia on 29 September 2002, with a second round on 13 October. Percentage Point
A percentage point or percent point is the unit (measurement), unit for the Difference (mathematics), arithmetic difference between two percentages. For example, moving up from 40 percent to 44 percent is an increase of 4 percentage points, but a 10-percent increase in the quantity being measured. Bata Živojinović
Velimir "Bata" Živojinović ( sr-Cyrl, Велимир "Бата" Живојиновић; 5 June 1933 – 22 May 2016) was a Yugoslav and Serbian actor and politician. He appeared in more than 340 films and TV series, and is regarded as one of the best actors in former Yugoslavia. Early life Živojinović (nicknamed ''Bata'') was born in the village of Koraćica under the Kosmaj mountain near Mladenovac, at the time Kingdom of Yugoslavia (now Serbia). His father, Dragoljub, was an official and his mother Tiosava was a housewife. He had two sisters, Stanka and Nada, and grew up in a patriarchal household. Dragan Radenović ( sr-Cyrl, Драган Раденовић, Sarajevo, FNRY, April 12, 1951) is a Serbian artist, university professor, and academician. Biography Early life He was born with his father Radivoje Radenović, a Yugoslav People's Army officer, and his mother Ranđija, born Maksimović. Later, the couple had two daughters and a son. Education Dragan Radenović is a law graduate. He also graduated from the Sculpture Department of the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 1982. Vuk Obradović
Vuk Obradović (April 11, 1947 in the village of Kondželj, Yugoslavia – February 13, 2008 in Belgrade) was a Serbian general and politician. He was one of the leaders of the Democratic Opposition of Serbia in the Bulldozer Revolution in October 2000. Before his political career, he was a professional soldier who later became the youngest general in the Yugoslav People's Army. He held a PhD in political studies, having defended a thesis on issues of nationalism in Yugoslav society. He resigned from the Army in May 1992, when the government refused to withdraw Yugoslav Army conscripts from fighting in Croatia. After leaving the army, he formed the Social Democracy political party and remained its leader for almost 10 years. Branislav Ivković ( sr-Cyrl, Бранислав Ивковић; born 7 August 1952), known as Bane, is a Serbian engineer, academic, and former politician. Nebojša Pavković ( sr-cyr, Небојша Павковић; born 10 April 1946) is a Serbian retired army general who served as Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Yugoslavia from February 2000 to June 2002. He also served as the Commandeer of Third Army of the Armed Forces of Yugoslavia during the Kosovo War, from December 1998 to February 2000. The Socialist Party of Serbia ( sr, Социјалистичка партија Србије, Socijalistička partija Srbije, SPS) is a political party in Serbia. It is led by Ivica Dačić.
