The Secretary for Justice ( pt, Secretaria da Justiça) was a bureau secretary and senior law officer in Portuguese Macau. The Secretary headed the Secretariat for Justice, which was responsible for legal affairs and public prosecution in the colony. The department was replaced by the Secretariat for Administration and Justice in December 1999. Macau or Macao (; ; ; ), officially the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (MSAR), is a city and special administrative region of China in the western Pearl River Delta by the South China Sea.
