Second Hegde Ministry
Ramakrishna Hegde ministry was the Council of Ministers in Karnataka, a state in South India headed by Ramakrishna Hegde of the Janata Party. The ministry had multiple ministers including the Chief Minister. All ministers belonged to the Janata Party. After Ramakrishna Hegde, during his previous term, resigned the chief minister post and dissolved the Legislative Assembly on 29 December 1984, the Janata Party won the elections again and he was elected leader. He took charge as Chief Minister of the State on 8 March 1985. He wasin power till he resigned on 13 February 1986. Later he was sworn in as Chief Minister on 16 February 1986. Siddaramaiah
Siddaramaiah (born 3 August 1947), also referred to by his nickname Siddu, Siddaramaiah served as Chief Minister of Karnataka from 13 May 2013 to 17 May 2018 and currently serving as the leader of the opposition in Karnataka Legislative Assembly since 9 December 2019. He belongs to Indian National Congress party and a member of Congress Working Committee. Siddaramaiah was a member of various Janata Parivar factions for several years. Abdul Nazir Sab
Abdul Nazir Sab (1934–1988), a.k.a Neer Sab, was an Indian politician, agriculturist, and member of the Janata Party who served as the Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj in the Ramakrishna Hegde Cabinet from 1983-85. He was a pioneer in advocating for the implementation of the Panchayat Raj system and the decentralization of political power.
