Scarborough Centre is a provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in Legislative Assembly of Ontario since 1963. It consists of the part of the Scarborough district of the City of Toronto bounded: *on the west by Victoria Park Avenue, *on the north by Highway 401, *on the east by McCowan Road, Lawrence Avenue East and Bellamy Road North, and *on the south by Eglinton Avenue East. Neethan Shanmugarajah ( ta, நீதன் சண்முகராஜா, translit=Nītaṉ Caṇmukarājā; born December 24, 1978), is a Canadian politician who represented Ward 42 Scarborough—Rouge River on Toronto City Council from 2017 to 2018. Richard Edward Victor Sutton (March 31, 1901 - 1982) was a Canadian politician, who represented York—Scarborough in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1955 to 1963 as a Progressive Conservative member.
