Saudi Arabian Basketball Federation
The Saudi Arabian Basketball Federation ( ar, الاتحاد العربي السعودي لكرة السلة) is the governing body of basketball in Saudi Arabia. The federation founded in 1964, represents basketball with public authorities as well as with national and international sports organizations and as such with Saudi Arabia in international competitions. It also defends the moral and material interests of Basketball in Saudi Arabia. It is affiliated with FIBA and FIBA Asia. FIBA 3x3 World Championships
The FIBA 3x3 World Cup is a 3x3 basketball tournament for national teams organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The debut of the tournament then named as the FIBA 3x3 World Championship was held in August 2012 in Athens, Greece. The current champions are Serbia in the men's division and France France (), officially the French Republic ( ), is a country primarily located in Western Europe. FIBA Asia 3x3 Cup
The FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup is the top basketball tournament in Asia for 3x3 national teams and was first held in 2013 as the FIBA Asia 3x3 Championship in Doha, Qatar. In the championship there are 2 events, men's and women's. Each team has 4 players (3 on court, 1 bench). The match is played on a half court and every rule applies as well as a 12-second shot clock and clearance needed on a new possession. From 2019 to 2022, the tournament was held in Changsha, China.
