Monsignor Saro Wilfrido Vera Troche (October 6, 1922 – May 7, 2000) was a Christian priest from Paraguay. He was born on October 6, 1922, in Rosario Tatuy Caazapá Department Paraguay, into a peasant family which held profound faith in religion.
