Sant Martí Vell is a village in the Provinces of Spain, province of Province of Girona, Girona and autonomous community of Catalonia, Spain. The municipality covers an area of and the population in 2014 was 242. Notable people *Elsa Peretti (1940–2021), fashion designer; lived in the village from 1968 until her death. She contributed to many projects in the village, including rebuilding, renovation of the local church, excavation of a Roman site, and the establishment of a vineyard. Flaçà is a town in the Gironès county of Girona Province, Catalonia, Spain. It occupies an area of 6.67 square kilometers and extends the hills of the Lloreda Valley and alluvial plain of the Ter river. Elsa Peretti, OMRI OMM (1 May 1940 – 18 March 2021), was an Italian jewelry designer and philanthropist as well as a fashion model. Her jewelry and design pieces for Tiffany & Co. are included in the 20th century collection of the British Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
