Nora Roberts (born Eleanor Marie Robertson on October 10, 1950) is an American author of more than 225 romance novels. She writes as J. D. John Ralston (born October 9, 1964) is a Canadian actor. Career Ralston's most notable roles are George Venturi on ''Life with Derek'', and his role as Mr. Avenir on ''Strange Days at Blake Holsey High''. James Bulliard (born August 23, 1978) is a Canadian actor known for his roles in '' On The Line, The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo, That Was Then,'' and others. He is perhaps best known for his role as Team Canada head coach Harry Sinden in the 2006 CBC miniseries, ''Canada Russia '72''.
