Daniela Del Din (born September 29, 1969, in City of San Marino, San Marino) is a Sammarinese professional sport shooter. She won the bronze medal at the 2007 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Nicosia, Cyprus, and in 2009, she captured her first gold in trap shooting at the 2009 ISSF World Cup, ISSF World Cup in Cairo, Egypt, defeating junior world champion Jessica Rossi of Italy. She also won two medals for the same category at the Mediterranean Games. Background Del Din started shooting as her sporting discipline at the age of 16. She first competed for San Marino at the 1989 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Montecatini Terme, Montecatini, Italy, where she placed fourth in trap shooting. Emanuele Nicolini (born April 20, 1984) is a Sammarinese swimmer, who specialized in freestyle events. He holds numerous national records in the 200 and 400 m freestyle, and had represented his nation San Marino in two editions of the Olympic Games (2004 and 2008). Nicolini made his first Sammarinese team at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he competed in the men's 400 m freestyle. Bucci qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, by shattering both his personal best and a national record of 48.07 seconds at the 2007 IAAF World Championships in Osaka, Japan. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, Bucci ran in the second heat of the men's 400 metres, against seven other athletes, including top favorite Chris Brown of the Bahamas, and Sweden's Johan Wissman. Shooting At The 2008 Summer Olympics – Women's Trap
The Women's trap event at the 2008 Olympic Games took place on August 11, 2008 at the Beijing Shooting Range Clay Target Field. The event consisted of two rounds: a qualifier and a final. In the qualifier, each shooter fired 3 sets of 25 targets in trap shooting, with 10 targets being thrown to the left, 10 to the right, and 5 straight-away in each set. The shooters could take two shots at each target. The top 6 shooters in the qualifying round moved on to the final round. There, they fired one additional round of 25 targets, where only one shot could be taken at each target. The total score from all 100 targets was used to determine final ranking.
