The San Antonio Academy is a private school for boys located in San Antonio, Texas. The school is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest. The Independent Schools Association of the Southwest (ISAS) is a nonprofit association of 89 independent schools located in the U.S. states of Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Josef Centeno is an American chef, restaurateur and cookbook author who specializes in Tex-Mex cuisine. He was nominated for a James Beard award for Best Chef in February 2020. Early life and education Centeno grew up in a Mexican American family in San Antonio, Texas.
