"Sólo a Terceros" (''Only to Third Persons'') is the first single of the ''Poetics'' album from Mexican rock band Panda. The single was promoted by playing it in a festival, then it was played for a second time in the city of Monterrey, and it became known in the Twitter of the band's drummer (Jorge Vásquez's "Kross") that in that day the band would play the new single. Panda (band)
Panda (commonly stylized as PXNDX) was a Mexican rock band formed in Monterrey, Nuevo León in 1996 as part of the musical movement known as Avanzada Regia. The last line-up consisted in singer José Madero, drummer Jorge Vásquez, lead guitarist/Backup vocals Arturo Arredondo and bassist Ricardo Treviño. Founded by singer/guitarist José Madero, guitarist Jorge "Ongi" Garza, bass guitarist Ricardo Treviño and drummer David Castillo whom in 1997 Vásquez replaced. The band went to produce various demo recordings and later landed a deal with independent label Movic Records the following year. The band ended receiving local attention in 2000 with debut and second studio albums '' Arroz Con Leche'' and ''La Revancha Del Príncipe Charro'' (2002). The next year, they were the opening act for American rock band Blink-182 during their brief tour in Mexico. Poetics (album)
''Poetics'' is the fifth studio album by Mexican rock band Panda, released on 22 September 2009 through Movic Records and EMI Records. The band produced the album with fellow keyboardist Marcelo Treviño, keeping the change in tone that was ignited in their third and fourth albums ''Para Ti Con Desprecio'' and ''Amantes Sunt Amentes'', focusing on alternative elements such as pop rock and post-grunge. It is a concept album divided in two discs (acts), narrating a story based on the interaction of a man with the devil, as well as a relationship towards emotions and the seven deadly sins. The album went on to sell over 60,000 copies, and since has been certified platinum in Mexico. Francisco Rodrigues da Silva also known as "Nunca" is a Brazilian artist who uses a graffiti technique to create images that confront modern urban Brazil with its native past. Top 100 México is a record chart which accounts for sixty percent of the albums sold in Mexico. The chart has the support of major record distributors in Mexico and is issued by the Mexican Association of Producers of Phonograms and Videograms, A.C.(Asociación Mexicana de Productores de Fonogramas y Videogramas) since 2005 on a weekly basis.
