Rémy Trudel
Rémy Trudel (born April 20, 1948) is a university professor and a former Quebec politician. A member of the Parti Québécois, he served as Member of the National Assembly for Rouyn-Noranda–Témiscamingue from 1989 to 2003. In 1988, he was one of the star candidates for the New Democratic Party in the riding of Témiscamingue. He lost the election by about 3,500 votes. Trudel was born in Sainte-Thècle. He has a bachelor's degree in pedagogy from Université Laval, a bachelor's degree in education sciences from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a doctor's degree in education administration from the University of Ottawa. Lucien Bouchard
Lucien Bouchard (; born December 22, 1938) is a Canadian lawyer, diplomat and retired politician. Minister for two years in the Mulroney cabinet, Bouchard then led the emerging Bloc Québécois and became Leader of the Opposition in the House of Commons of Canada from 1993 to 1996. François Legault (; born May 26, 1957) is a Canadian politician serving as the 32nd premier of Quebec since 2018. A member of the Coalition Avenir Québec (CAQ), he has led the party since its founding in 2011. Pauline Marois (; born March 29, 1949) is a retired Canadian politician, who served as the 30th premier of Quebec from 2012 to 2014. Marois had been a member of the National Assembly in various ridings since 1981 as a member of the Parti Québécois (PQ), serving as party leader from 2007 to 2014.
