Briançon (, ) is the sole subprefecture of the Hautes-Alpes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. Nicolas Tourte (born 18 August 1979) is a professional tennis player from France. Biography Born in Chambéry, Tourte is a right-handed player, with a double handed backhand.
