Ryan Mueller
Ryan Mueller (born April 30, 1991) is an American football defensive end, linebacker, and fullback for the Vegas Vipers of the XFL. He played college football at Kansas State University. He played for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL) in 2017. College career Mueller began his Division I NCAA college football career at Kansas State University as an unrecruited walk-on and went on to become an All-American, 4-year letterman, starter at defensive end and team captain. He ranks 5th in school history in career sacks. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played. History Early formations, with six- and seven-man line defense, seven-man lines, used the end as a containment player, whose job was first to prevent an "end run" around his position, then secondarily to force plays inside. When most teams adopted a five-man line, two different styles of end play developed: "crashing" ends, who rushed into the backfield to disrupt plays, and "stand-up" or "waiting" ends, who played the more traditional containment style. Luis Francisco Perez (born August 26, 1994) is an American football quarterback for the Arlington Renegades of the XFL (2020), XFL. He played college football at Texas A&M University–Commerce from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, he played junior college football at Southwestern College (California), Southwestern College in Chula Vista, California. He was awarded the Harlon Hill Trophy in 2017 as the best football player in NCAA Division II and led the Lions to their second national championship in football during the 2017 season, their first since 1972.
