Ryan Bollinger
Ryan Michael Bollinger (born February 4, 1991) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He previously played in the CPBL for the Fubon Guardians and Rakuten Monkeys. In 2018, he was promoted to the major leagues by the New York Yankees, but he did not appear in a game, making him a phantom ballplayer. Career Born in Apple Valley, California, Bollinger attended Minot High School in Minot, North Dakota, where he played for the baseball team. He committed to attend Iowa Western Community College to play college baseball. A first baseman, abbreviated 1B, is the player on a baseball or softball team who fields the area nearest first base, the first of four bases a baserunner must touch in succession to score a run. The Baseball-Bundesliga is the professional elite competition for the sport of baseball in Germany. In it, the men's German championship is determined annually. Like most European sports leagues, the Bundesliga uses a system of promotion and relegation. The highest division of the Bundesliga currently consists of sixteen teams in two divisions, with each team playing four games against each other team.
