Ruwellyn Isbell
Ruwellyn Miguel Isbell (born 17 February 1993) is a South African professional rugby union player for the in the Currie Cup and in the Rugby Challenge. His regular position is winger. Career Youth In 2006, he appeared for Eastern Province at the Under-13 Craven Week competition. He then joined Grey College in Bloemfontein and played for the Free State Under-16 side at the 2009 Grant Khomo Week and their Under-18 side at the 2011 Craven Week, alongside future Springbok Jan Serfontein. In 2010, he was included in an Under-18 High Performance squad that played in international friendlies against youth sides from France, Namibia and England. The following year, he was included in the S.A. Schools side that faced a France Invitational side, but missed the game through injury. He moved to Pretoria in 2012 to join the academy. Somerset East
Somerset East ( af, Somerset-Oos) is a town in the Blue Crane Route Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. It was founded by Lord Charles Somerset in 1825. The Blue Crane Route follows the national road R63 from Pearston, via Somerset East, to Cookhouse. Somerset East, at the foot of the Boschberg Mountains, is a small town that's known for its natural environment and for its provincial heritage sites and buildings. The 2012–13 IRB Sevens World Series, known for sponsorship reasons as the HSBC Sevens World Series, was the 14th annual series of rugby sevens tournaments for full national sides. The Vodacom Cup was an annual rugby union competition in South Africa. Annual Vodacom Cup competitions were played between its inaugural season in 1998 and 2015 and was contested between February and May each year. The Vodacom Cup was the successor of the Bankfin Nite Series which was played in 1996 and 1997. Mobile communications provider Vodacom was the title sponsor for the entire duration of the competition. The competition was the third most prestigious in South African rugby, behind Super Rugby and the Currie Cup. Mbombela (also known as Nelspruit) is a city in northeastern South Africa. It is the capital of the Mpumalanga province. Rugby sevens at the 2013 World Games was held from August 1 to August 2. Eight teams competed in the rugby sevens tournament held at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero in Cali as part of the ninth World Games. South Africa won the gold medal, defeating silver medalists Argentina in the final by 33–24. Canada took the bronze medal, defeating France 33–21 in the play-off for third place.
