Rusty Varenkamp
Russell Leon "Rusty" Varenkamp (born March 19, 1976) is an American Christian musician, who is mainly a music producer and songwriter. He has received two GMA Dove Awards, for production, and is a Grammy Award-nominated producer and songwriter. Early and personal life Varenkamp was born, Russell Leon Varenkamp, on March 19, 1976, in San Jose, California, whose parents are Russell Leon Varenkamp, Jr. and Colleen Ellen Varenkamp ('' née'', Mulrane). He was a 1994 graduate of Valley Christian High School. Meredith Andrews
Meredith Frances Sooter (born January 19, 1983), known professionally as Meredith Andrews, is a contemporary Christian music artist, songwriter, and worship leader. She has won two Dove Awards. Biography Andrews grew up in Wilson, North Carolina, where she started singing when she was six years old. She attended Wilson Christian Academy, where she graduated. Andrews later attended college at Liberty University in Virginia. Though she was born an only child, her parents served as foster parents to many children while she was growing up, three of whom later were adopted by her parents. The 41st Annual GMA Dove Awards presentation was held on April 21, 2010 recognizing accomplishments of musicians for the year 2009. The show was held at The Opry Entertainment Complex in Nashville, Tennessee, and was hosted by Bart Millard. Nominations were announced on February 18, 2010 during a press conference at Belmont University's Curb Café in Nashville, Tennessee. GMA Dove Awards
A Dove Award is an accolade by the Gospel Music Association (GMA) of the United States to recognize outstanding achievement in the Christian music industry. The awards are presented annually.
