Rustaman Makhauri
Rustaman Makhauri (born 1978) is a Chechnya, Chechen military commander and a close associate of Doku Umarov, the anti-Russian Resistance movement, underground Chechen leader. He is suspected of being responsible for a series of attacks against the forces loyal to the governments in Chechnya and neighboring Ingushetia. He was captured by police in July 2009 in Ingushetia's Sunzhensky District, district of Sunzhen and charged with involvement in the June 22, 2009 attack on the President of Ingushetia, Ingush president Yunus-Bek Yevkurov.Suspects Arrested In Attack On Ingushetian President

Chechnya
Chechnya ( rus, Чечня́, Chechnyá, p=tɕɪtɕˈnʲa; ce, Нохчийчоь, Noxçiyçö), officially the Chechen Republic,; ce, Нохчийн Республика, Noxçiyn Respublika is a republic of Russia. Doku Khamatovich Umarov ( ce, Ӏумар Хьамади кӀант Докка, translit='Umar Ẋamadi khant Dokka, ; russian: Доку Хаматович Умаров, Doku Khamatovich Umarov; 13 April 1964 – 7 September 2013), also known as Dokka Umarov as well as by his Arabized name of Dokka Abu Umar, was a Chechen mujahid in North Caucasus.
