"Rush Hour" is an instrumental composition by Dutch disc jockey and record producer Armin van Buuren. The song was released in the Netherlands by Armind on 25 June 2007 as the only single from van Buuren's compilation ''A State of Trance 2007''. It was the official anthem of 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in the Netherlands. It exists a version of the track starting with an introduction called "Miserere". Armin Jozef Jacobus Daniël van Buuren ( , ; born 25 December 1976) is a Dutch DJ and record producer from Leiden, South Holland. Since 2001, he has hosted ''A State of Trance'' (ASOT), a weekly radio show, which is broadcast to nearly 40 million listeners in 84 countries on over 100 FM radio stations. According to the website ''DJs and Festivals'', "the radio show propelled him to stardom and helped cultivate an interest in trance music around the world". Van Buuren has won a number of accolades. He has been ranked the number one DJ by ''DJ Mag'' a record of five times, four years in a row. The UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2007 were held from 10 June 2007 to 23 June 2007. It was the 16th staging of UEFA's European Under-21 Championship. Summary For the first time, a host nation was chosen ahead of the competition – the Netherlands, who were also the defending champions, were exempt from qualifying. The host nation was chosen on 15 December 2005. England, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, and Sweden also submitted bids.
