Rudolf Plyukfelder
Rudolf Vladimirovich Plyukfelder (russian: Рудольф Владимирович Плюкфельдер, born 6 September 1928) is a retired Soviet weightlifter and weightlifting coach. As a competitor he won world titles in 1959 and 1961 and an Olympic gold medal in 1964. Donets Governorate ( uk, Донецька губернія, translit=Donetska huberniia) was a governorate of the Ukrainian SSR (Ukraine) that existed between 1919 and 1925. History The governorate was originally created on 5 February 1919 on orders of People's Commissar of Internal Affairs Kliment Voroshylov and the same day confirmed by the Council of People's Commissars of Ukraine. It was created on eastern territories of Yekaterinoslav Governorate including counties of Bakhmut and Slovianoserbsk. Due to invasion of Anton Denikin troops the guberniya was dissolved in summer of 1919 and its territory was part of the South Russia, the Russian White South. Dmitriy Vyacheslavovich Klokov (russian: Дмитрий Вячеславович Клоков; born February 18, 1983) is a Russian former Olympic weightlifting, Olympic weightlifter, and World Champion. He competed in the 105 kg category. Biography Klokov was born in Balashikha, the son of Vyacheslav Klokov, who was a world champion in the heavyweight category. Klokov became world champion at the 2005 World Weightlifting Championships, 2005 World Championships, with a total of 419 kg. He also participated in the 2005 and 2006 Arnold Sports Festivals in Columbus, Ohio. Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the snatch and the clean and jerk. The ''snatch'' is a wide-grip lift, in which the weighted barbell is lifted overhead in one motion. The ''clean and jerk'' is a combination lift, in which the weight is first taken from the ground to the front of the shoulders (the clean), and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk).
