Rubén Pérez Moreno (born 30 October 1981 in Zaldibar, Basque Country (autonomous community), Basque Country) is a Spanish Basque people, Basque professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI ProTour team . His only victory has been a stage in the Tour of Bavaria in 2010, before that he made his Vuelta a España debut (69th) in 2006 and his Tour de France debut in 2007. The Four Days of Dunkirk (french: Quatre Jours de Dunkerque) is road bicycle race around the Nord-Pas de Calais region of northern France. Despite the name of the race, since the addition of an individual time trial in 1963, the race has been held over a 5 or 6 day period for most of its history. The Clásica de Almería ( en, Classic of Almería) is a single-day road bicycle race held annually in February or March in Almería, Spain, starting and finishing in Almería itself. Established in 1986, the race was run as an amateur event in its first six years. In 1992, it became fully professional. 2009 Clásica De San Sebastián
The 2009 Clásica de San Sebastián was the 29th edition of the Clásica de San Sebastián road cycling race. It took place on 1 August 2009, and was the tenth event of the 2009 UCI ProTour, and the eighteenth in the inaugural UCI World Ranking series. It began and ended in San Sebastián, in the Basque Country, Spain. The race covered , mainly to the south and east of the city, and entirely within the province of Guipúzcoa. Zaldibar (in Basque and officially, in es, Zaldívar) is an elizate, town and municipality located in the province of Biscay, in the Basque Country, Spain. Zaldibar is part of the ''comarca'' of Durangaldea and has a population of 3,043 inhabitants as of 2019 and according to the Spanish National Statistics Institute. Etymology ''Zaldibar'' can be translated from Basque as "horse valley", from ''zaldi'' (horse) and ''ibar'' (valley). The coat of arms of the town then includes a horse. ''Zaldívar'' is the name in Spanish. However, the town was named ''Zaldua'' (Basque) or ''Zaldúa'' (Spanish) until 1932.
