Rubin Okotie
Rubin Rafael Okotie (; born 6 June 1987) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a forward. He is also a full Austrian international and represented the nation at the 2016 UEFA European Championship. Having moved to Austria at the age of six, Okotie began his playing career with Austria Vienna. He made his professional debut in 2007 and went on to make over 50 appearances for the club before joining German side 1. FC Nürnberg. Okotie spent a season at Nürnberg, and another season on loan with Belgian side Sint-Truiden before returning to Austria to sign for Sturm Graz. A season-and-a-half later he returned to Austria Vienna where following which he had a loan stint with SønderjyskE in Denmark. In 2014 he signed for 1860 Munich where he scored 21 goals in 57 appearances before joining current employers, Beijing Enterprises. The Austrian Football Second League (german: 2. Liga) is the second-highest professional division in Austrian football. It was formerly called the First League (''Erste Liga''), from 2002 to 2018. The division currently contains 16 teams, and the champion of the league is promoted to the Austrian Bundesliga. The three last placed teams are directly relegated from the Second League into the regional leagues. The Chinese Football Association China League (), also known as China League One or Chinese Jia League (中甲联赛), is the second level of professional football in China. Above League One is the Chinese Super League. Prior to the formation of the Chinese Super League, Jia League was known as ''Jia B League''. The then top two levels of Chinese football league were known as ''Jia A League'' and ''Jia B League'' respectively. Nenad Bjelica
Nenad Bjelica (; born 20 August 1971) is a Croatian professional football manager and former player who was most recently in charge of Prva HNL club Osijek. Club career Born in Osijek, Bjelica started playing for a local club, Metalac Olt, in the 1989–90 season. He quickly moved to NK Osijek and spent almost four seasons there, before moving abroad to Spain. Bjelica played for Albacete Balompié for four years, during which the team reached the Copa del Rey semi-final in the 1994–95 season. In 1996 he moved to Real Betis and was in the team that was the runner-up in the 1996–97 campaign. The next season, Bjelica spent at UD Las Palmas, but returned to Real Betis a year later. Due to injuries, he played very few games in this period, and would again spend a season at Las Palmas until the end of 1999. The 2013–14 Austrian Football Bundesliga was the 102nd season of top-tier football in Austria. Licensing procedures On 30 April 2013, the Bundesliga awarded the licenses for the 2013–14 championship. Only 18 out of the 24 clubs that had applied for a license were granted. The Bundesliga teams FC Admira Wacker Mödling and FC Wacker Innsbruck, the First League clubs First Vienna FC and TSV Hartberg, as well as the regional league teams LASK Linz and SV Austria Salzburg were denied the license. First league team SKN St. Pölten received the license through financial conditions. FC Lustenau 07, who had to forcibly withdraw from the First League due to multiple violations of the licensing procedure, did not apply for the license.
