Ru-Chih Chow Huang (; born 1932) is a Chinese-American biology professor at Johns Hopkins University. She is a biochemist who worked with James F. Chinese Americans are Americans of Han Chinese ancestry. Chinese Americans constitute a subgroup of East Asian Americans which also constitute a subgroup of Asian Americans.
