Royal Phnom Penh Airways was an airline based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Antonov An-24 (Russian/Ukrainian: Антонов Ан-24) (NATO reporting name: Coke) is a 44-seat twin turboprop transport/passenger aircraft designed in 1957 in the Soviet Union by the Antonov Design Bureau and manufactured by Kyiv, Irkutsk and Ulan-Ude Aviation Factories. Stung Treng City ( km, ទីក្រុងស្ទឹងត្រែង) ( lo, ຊຽງແຕງ ) is the capital of Stung Treng Province, Cambodia. It is the major city (and capital) of both the district and province. Ratanakiri Airport is an airport in Ban Lung town in Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia. History In November 2005, there was a minor accident at Ratanakiri Airport when a plane arriving from Phnom Penh hit the side of the runway and ground looped, which caused the right hand main landing gear to collapse.
