''World of Winx'' is an Italian Flash animated television series and a spin-off of ''Winx Club''. The series was created by Iginio Straffi. Roxanne "Roxy" Miller is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Lisa Lackey. She made her first screen appearance in the episode broadcast on 13 October 1992 and departed on 9 February 1995. Casting Lackey played Roxanne from 1992 until 1995. Lackey was working as a model when she was approached by the producers of ''Home and Away'' to play Roxanne. She was due to fly out to Japan when the offer came through. Roxanne "Roxie" Hart is a fictional character. She is the main character of the 1926 play ''Chicago'' and its various remakes and derivatives. Development The playwright, reporter Maurine Dallas Watkins, was inspired by the trials, both of which ended in acquittals, of Beulah Annan and Belva Gaertner (for separate crimes), which she covered for the ''Chicago Tribune''. Annan's story served as the basis for the play: she had killed her paramour Harry Kalstedt and was able to convince her auto mechanic husband Albert to pay for her successful defense, only to dump him the day after the trial.
