Rowan Osborne (rugby Union)
Rowan Osborne (3 November 1996) is an Irish former rugby union player. He played as a scrum-half and represented Dublin University in the amateur All-Ireland League. Leinster Whilst playing amateur rugby in the All-Ireland League for Dublin University, Osborne was recommended to Leinster during their 2019–20 pre-season training by Noel McNamara, an elite player development officer with the province, and Tony Smeeth, one of the coaches at Dublin University. He made his debut of the bench for the province in their 53–5 win against Welsh side Ospreys in round 2 of the 2019–20 Pro14 on 4 October 2019, before featuring off the bench again one week later, scoring his first try for the province in their 40–14 win against Scottish side Edinburgh. Eadestown
Eadestown (; ) is a townland and parish in County Kildare, Ireland. It is situated on the R410 Regional Road south of Naas, between Naas and Blessington, County Wicklow. Eadestown Parish The Parish of Eadestown is composed of the civil parishes of Rathmore, Kilteel, Tipper and Haynestown. Its churches include the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Eadestown and St. Laurence O'Toole, Kilteel. In 1995-2004 the parish was run by the "racing" priest Fr. Sean Breen. Jamison Ratu Gibson-Park (born 23 February 1992) is a professional rugby union player who plays as a scrum-half for United Rugby Championship club Leinster. Born in New Zealand, he represents Ireland at international level after qualifying through residency. Early life Gibson-Park was born, and spent the first 10 years of his life on Great Barrier Island. From there he moved to Gisborne. He ended up at Gisborne Boys' High School, where he excelled in its first XV, being named in the New Zealand Secondary Schools squad in his final year. He then got picked up out of school by the Taranaki Academy where he moved at the start of 2011. In 2012 Gibson-Park trialled for the New Zealand under-20 side, but he missed selection. The 2020–21 PRO14 (also known as the ''Guinness PRO14'' for sponsorship reasons) was the twentieth season of the professional rugby union competition originally known as the Celtic League. It was the fourth season to be referred to as the ''PRO14'' (the competition was named the ''Pro12'' immediately prior to the addition of two South African teams). United Rugby Championship
The United Rugby Championship (URC) is an annual rugby union competition involving professional teams from Ireland, Italy, Scotland, South Africa, and Wales. The current name was adopted in 2021 when the league expanded to include four South African teams previously from the SANZAR Super Rugby competition. The league is one of the three major professional leagues in Europe (along with the English Premiership Rugby, Premiership and the French Top 14), the most successful teams from which go forward to compete in the European Rugby Champions Cup. Since 2022–23, despite the name, South African teams have been eligible to qualify for European competition, and one South African place is guaranteed. The 2021–22 United Rugby Championship was the twenty-first season of the professional rugby union competition originally known as the Celtic League. It was the first season that the competition is referred to as the United Rugby Championship, having previously been known as the Pro14. The Sharks (known as the Cell C Sharks as they are their title sponsor) is a South African professional rugby union team based in Durban in KwaZulu Natal. They compete internationally in the United Rugby Championship and Heineken Champions Cup, having competed in the Super Rugby competition until 2020. They are centred on the union, also based in Durban and drawing players from all of KwaZulu-Natal Province. The team plays its home matches at the Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium in Durban.
