Rosyth FC
Rosyth Football Club are a Scottish football club based in Rosyth, Fife, who currently play in the . Until 2006, they were known as Rosyth Recreation. The team have been managed since March 2018 by Brian Muirhead. A Junior football team was first established in Rosyth in 1916, with an affiliated senior team being established in 1919 that were called Rosyth Dockyard Recreation. The Junior side folded in 1926 only to be reformed after World War II in 1946. It was in that year that Rosyth attracted a record crowd of 4000 in a cup tie against Bo'ness United; three seasons later, Rosyth (or "The Rec" as they were known) enjoyed their most successful period when they won the treble – Fife League, Fife Cup and Cowdenbeath Cup. Rosyth
Rosyth ( gd, Ros Fhìobh, "headland of Fife") is a town on the Firth of Forth, south of the centre of Dunfermline. According to the census of 2011, the town has a population of 13,440. The new town was founded as a Garden city-style suburb and naval dockyards in 1909, and was built as the coastal port of Dunfermline. Rosyth is almost contiguous with neighbouring Inverkeithing, separated only by the M90 motorway. Rosyth railway station is on the Fife Circle Line. Governance Rosyth is within the Cowdenbeath constituency of the Scottish Parliament, currently held by Annabelle Ewing of the Scottish National Party, as well as the Mid Scotland and Fife electoral region. Steve Kerrigan (footballer)
Steve Kerrigan (born 9 October 1972) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played for several clubs in the Scottish Football League and the Football League in the 1990s and 2000s. He was had various spells coaching at Junior level since ending his playing career, with the first of his managerial stints at Camelon Juniors in July 2009, succeeding Greig Denham. A short spell as boss of Arthurlie followed in 2016. In January 2018, Kerrigan became manager at Bo'ness United having joined the club as assistant to Allan McGonigal in September 2017. The East of Scotland Football League (EoSFL) is a senior football league based in the east and south-east of Scotland. The league sits at levels 6–9 on the Scottish football league system, acting as a feeder to the Lowland Football League. Founded in 1923, it is currently composed of 60 member clubs competing in four divisions. Traditionally clubs were located in Edinburgh, Lothians and the Scottish Borders however the league has now expanded and also includes clubs from Clackmannanshire, Falkirk, Fife, Stirling, and Perth. Greig Denham
Greig Denham (born 5 October 1976) is a Scottish former professional footballer who used to play as a defender for Stenhousemuir, East Stirlingshire, Falkirk, Motherwell and St Mirren. He was the head coach of Rosyth since September 2022 until August 2023 he resigned as head coach. Career Denham started his career at junior outfit Cumbernauld United, before getting his chance in the Scottish top-flight with Motherwell. He was to spend 6 years at Fir Park before lack of appearances forced him to leave the club. Raith Rovers Football Club is a Scottish professional football club based in the town of Kirkcaldy, Fife.
