Rory Hutchinson
Rory Hutchinson (born 29 January 1995) is a professional rugby union player who plays as a centre for Premiership Rugby club Northampton Saints. Born in England, he represents Scotland at international level after qualifying on ancestry grounds. Club career Rory Hutchinson plays predominantly at centre. He began his rugby career at National League 2 South side Shelford RFC. He joined the Saints' Academy in July 2014. Hutchinson made his senior debut for the club on 31 January 2015, aged just 19 as Saints played local rivals Leicester Tigers. The centre went on to make his Aviva Premiership debut against Exeter Chiefs in September 2016. Hutchinson scored the club's try of the season in Saints' tight one point victory over their guest. Scotland National Under-20 Rugby Union Team
The Scotland national under-20 rugby union team participates in the World Rugby Under 20 Championship. Their highest placement is 5th which they achieved in the 2017 World Rugby Under 20 Championship. The U20 side also compete in the Six Nations Under 20s Championship. Both tournaments began in 2008 and replaced the Under 19 or Under 21 championships. The World Rugby Under 20 Championship was known as the IRB Junior World Championship up to 2014. Prior to this, there were U19 and U21 tournaments for the World Rugby Championship. There was also a U21 tournament for the Six Nations from 2004. The Under 20 side is now the pinnacle of Scottish Rugby's age-grade system. National League 2 South
National League 2 South (known before September 2009 as National Division Three South) was a level four league in the English rugby union system until the end of season 2021–22. It was one of two leagues at this level, with its counterpart, National League 2 North, covering the north of England. The format of the league was changed at the beginning of the 2009–10 season following reorganisation by the Rugby Football Union. The champions were promoted to National League 1. The runner-up play in a promotion play-off with the runner-up of National League 2 North; the team with the best record having home advantage. The World Rugby Under 20 Trophy (known as the IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy until 2014) is an international rugby union competition. The event is organised by the sport's governing body, World Rugby, and is contested by 8 men's junior national teams with an under-20 age requirement.
