RONN Motor Group (RONN) is an automaker based in Scottsdale, Arizona. History RONN Motor Group was founded in 2007 when founder Ronn Ford came up with the idea for the company's first car, the RONN Scorpion. Mr. Ford was inspired by a business trip to China when he saw the growing demand for vehicles and knew carbon-burning cars would not be sustainable. He wrote up a business plan that November, and started physical development of the production prototype in March 2008. The RONN Scorpion debuted in Europe at the Top Marques Monaco in 2009. That same year, the prototype was taken to California where it was displayed at the California State Capitol. California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger test drove the vehicle. Production was scheduled to begin in late 2009 and was originally set for 200 cars to be produced annually. Ronn McMahon
Ronn McMahon (born May 29, 1965) is a former Canadian national men's basketball team player, but he was in fact born in Provo, Utah in the United States. While playing in college at Eastern Washington University, McMahon A point guard, McMahon ended his collegiate career with Eastern Washington University men's basketball's second best steals getter, with a 3.52 average per game, 225 over his 3-year career, an average that trails only Mookie Blaylock's 3.8. McMahon's nine steals during a December 15, 1988 game against Portland State is his school's all-time record. He was named to the Big Sky all-conference first-team for 1989–90. McMahon was Canada's starting point guard at the 1994 FIBA World Championship as well as the 1992 FIBA Tournament of the Americas. They finished 7th and 5th respectively in these tournaments. Ronn Tomassoni (born March 1958) is a retired American ice hockey player and coach. Tomassoni was part of the coaching staff at Harvard for 17 years in various capacities and helped the team with its only national title in 1989. Career Ronn Tomassoni played for Rensselaer in the late 1970s, posting average numbers over four seasons. After graduating in 1980 Tomassoni continued his involvement with hockey by becoming an assistant coach for Bill Cleary at Harvard in 1982. Tomassoni's arrival coincided with the Crimson's return to prominence as they began to make the NCAA Tournament annually. As time went on Cleary began to rely on Tomassoni more heavily, promoting him to associate status and effectively turning over the recruiting responsibilities to him. Ronn Sutton (born December 17, 1952) is a Canadian illustrator and comic book artist that has drawn several hundred comic books over the past four decades. This includes a nine-year stint illustrating nearly 50 issues of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark for Claypool Comics from 1998 to 2006. Ronn's comics career began in 1973 with his artwork appearing in issues of the Canadian newsstand comic ORB Magazine, as well as anonymously penciling and inking many pages of Howard Chaykin's Sword of Sorcery for DC Comics (although he hid his initials drawn into a sword handle in issue #3, page 23). Over the decades he has drawn for a variety of publishers that have included Vortex Comics, Renegade Press, Northstar, Brainstorm, Draculina, Caliber Comics, Millennium Publications, Claypool Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Moonstone Books and more. Ronn Dwayne Reynolds (born September 28, 1958), is an American former professional baseball catcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros, and San Diego Padres. He batted and threw right-handed. Career After playing college baseball at the University of Arkansas, Reynolds was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 5th round in 1979. After not signing with the Athletics, he was again drafted in the 5th round in 1980, this time by the Mets. Reynolds played 51 games for two of the Mets' class-A minor league teams, getting 29 hits in 149 at bats. In 1981, Reynolds was promoted to the Mets' class-AA team in Jackson. There he played 88 games, getting 272 at-bats and posting a batting average of .235, a slugging percentage of .309 and an on-base percentage of .314. Ronn Owens (born Ronald Lowenstein on October 17, 1945, in New York City), is the host of ''The Ronn Owens Report'', a ten-minute weekday program airing on KGO in San Francisco. Career Owens began his career in broadcasting in 1968 after graduating from Temple University. He hosted radio programs in Atlanta, Miami, Cleveland, and Philadelphia before moving to KGO Radio of San Francisco in 1975. In 2004, the Disney/ABC-owned station signed Owens to an eight-year guaranteed contract to continue hosting ''The Ronn Owens Program.'' At its peak, the program had more than 500,000 regular listeners. Owens was off the KGO airwaves during an 88-day contract dispute that ended in February 1995. Ronald Montague Moss (born March 4, 1952) is an American actor, musician and singer/songwriter, a member of the band Player, and best known for portraying Ridge Forrester, the dynamic fashion magnate on the CBS soap opera ''The Bold and the Beautiful'' from 1987 to 2012. Ronn Metcalfe (July 20, 1930May 18, 1969) was a Canadian big band leader from St. Catharines and music industry leader. He released an LP named after the title track " Twistin' at the Woodchopper's Ball" which garnered him a gold record. He used this success to start a rock and roll band scene in Niagara, Canada. He created Image Artist Representatives booking/managing agency, and opened The Castle in St. Catharines, the premiere club for bands between Buffalo and Toronto. Another hit from Metcalfe (which he wrote) was a song called "Back to T.O." Ronn McFarlane (born 1953) is an American lutenist and composer, most notable as an interpreter of Renaissance music. He formerly taught lute at the Peabody Conservatory, and has recorded many albums as a solo performer and in collaboration with others, including the groups Ayreheart and The Baltimore Consort, and as a guest artist for countless other groups. He resides in Portland, Oregon, and continues to perform and compose to this day. Life and career Ronn McFarlane was born in West Virginia and grew up in Maryland. Jewel Records was an American independent record label, founded in 1963 by Stan Lewis and based in Shreveport, Louisiana. It had two subsidiary labels, Paula and Ronn. The first of many retail record stores, called Stan's Record Shop, was opened in 1948. Later, Stan Lewis purchased and reissued the catalogues of Cobra Records, Chief Records, USA Records and JOB Records. Ronn Matlock (15 September 1947 – April 1, 2020) from Detroit, Michigan, United States, was an American songwriter and singer who made a brief recording appearance on the soul scene in 1979; however, his musical talents were utilised on many projects over the years. He stopped recording due to production company management difficulties. His singles included "Can't Forget About You", "Working Man" and "Take Me To The Top (Of Your Mountain)" from the ''Love City'' album, which were recorded in Sound Suite Studios in Detroit. His track, "Let Me Dance", peaked at No.87 in the US ''Billboard'' R&B chart. Matlock collaborated with numerous artists including Keith Barrow, Shirley Caesar, Rick James, Eddie Kendricks, Bobby Taylor, Norman Whitfield and The Originals.
