Ronald Roberts (basketball)
Ronald C. Roberts Jr. (born August 5, 1991) is an American-Dominican former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for Saint Joseph's University before playing professionally in the NBA Development League, the Philippines, Turkey, Israel, Germany, France, and the Dominican Republic. He represented the Dominican Republic national basketball team at the 2019 FIBA World Cup. High school career In his freshman and sophomore years, Roberts attended Bayonne High School in his hometown of Bayonne, New Jersey, before transferring to St. Peter's Preparatory School in 2008 for his junior year. As a junior, he averaged 17.4 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game. He was selected as a first team all-county and all-league performer for a Marauders' squad that finished as county champions with a record of 23–3, ranking seventh in the state. Science City Jena
Medipolis SC Jena is a basketball club based in Jena, Germany that plays in the ProA. Their home court is the Sparkassen Arena, which seats 3,000. Their current head coach is Dominik Reinboth. The team was known as Erdgas Baskets Jena through the 2006 season, then as POM Baskets Jena, then Science City Jena in 2007. Sean Redell Kilpatrick (born January 6, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for the Fujian Sturgeons of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). A 6'4" shooting guard born in Yonkers, New York, during his senior season of 2013–14 with the Cincinnati Bearcats, he was named AP first-team All-American. Darington O'Neal Hobson (born September 29, 1987) is an American professional basketball player for Minas Tênis Clube of the Novo Basquete Brasil. He played college basketball for the University of New Mexico Lobos men's basketball team. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Hobson attended five high schools and a junior college before finally becoming eligible to play Division I college basketball. Hobson was drafted in the 2nd round (37th overall) of the 2010 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. Hobson was waived on December 2, 2010, due to injury. The 2014 NBA Summer League consists of two pro basketball leagues organized by the NBA and the Orlando Magic just after the 2014 NBA Draft. Ten teams took part in the week-long summer league at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, from July 5 to 11, 2014. The other summer league was the Las Vegas NBA Summer League, having taken place at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Paradise, Nevada ( near Las Vegas) from July 11 to 21, 2014, with 23 NBA teams and the NBA D-League Select team participating. The 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup was the 18th tournament of the FIBA Basketball World Cup for men's national basketball teams.
