The Ronald Reagan Park ( pl, Park imienia Ronalda Reagana) is located in the neighborhood of Przymorze Wielkie, Gdańsk, Poland. Built between 2003 and 2006 out of formerly barren lands, it covers 40 hectares. It honors President Ronald Reagan, who was considered instrumental in the fall of Communism in Poland, along with Pope John Paul II. Przymorze Wielkie is one of the quarters of the city of Gdańsk in Poland. The district is mainly composed of length buildings. There is also a modern shopping mall—Kołobrzeska Centre. Ronald Wilson Reagan ( ; February 6, 1911June 5, 2004) was an American politician, actor, and union leader who served as the 40th president of the United States from 1981 to 1989.
